Ruolun Xu

Ruolun Xu is currently pursuing his Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at Mannes School of Music. He achieved his Bachelor of Music degree from East China Normal University, under Dr. Dingyuan Zhang, the founder of Dingding International Piano Studio. Ruolun won the First Prize both at Chopin Memorial Prizes Hong Kong International Piano Open Competition and Liszt Memorial Prizes Hong Kong International Piano Open Competition. His performances have crossed over the United States, Vienna, and Hungary, including famous concert halls like Carnegie Hall in New York and Shanghai Concert Hall in Shanghai. In addition to his performance successes, Ruolun is also an expert in popular music and guitar playing.
